| Situated by the River Ribble, near Gisburn, the Buck Inn is a real village pub. Set in the quiet hamlet of Paythorne. This charming 18th Century pub is not
only attractive both inside and outside, but it is also known locally for the
excellence of its cuisine. Expect stout, hearty food and large portions with
dishes such as Lancashire Hot Pot and Shoulder of Oven-Baked Lamb a speciality and presented in huge tureens.

array of quality Beers at pub prices rather than restaurant prices. Quality handpulls include Best bitter from Copper Dragon of Skipton, Theakstons Mild and Guinness on Draught. A selection of lagers including Stella Artois, San Miguel and Kronenbourg 1664 all on draught. The wine list stretches to 14 bottles, with 12 single serve options as well. An array of fine scotch whisky and malts for the discerning palate.
